SHIPPING
Plivertees are shipped from San José, Costa Rica to the rest of the country and the world. Once you fill out the Sign-Up form, the system will calculate your shipping cost. We use the national mailing system (Correos de Costa Rica) using EMS secure shipping to ensure a fast and safe delivery.
Orders are shipped within the 24-hour time lapse from Monday to Friday and take 1-2 days to reach destinations within Costa Rica. Here is a table with the delivery times for the rest of the world using Premium EMS international delivery.

If you don’t choose Premium EMS international delivery, your order is shipped using a certified international priority mailing service also offered by Correos de Costa Rica, and the delivery is estimated between 15-22 days, a month maximum.
If your order using this system hasn’t arrived in a month since the day it was shipped, please contact us at help@plivertees.com, and we will gladly try and assist you locating your package. RETURNS

Plivertees is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that is not what you specifically ordered, or is defective in any way, simply return it to Plivertees (the recipient address on your package) within 30 days — in the condition that you received it — and you will receive a store credit for the amount of your original purchase. We however always check twice before sending your order, and will contact you beforehand in case of any inconvenience to avoid returns. Please check the size chart on each shirt description to know your exact size, or click the American apparel® model, and it will take you to the original shirt description by American apparel® on their website.
However, if you need to return an item, you need to take it to the local post office and send it to the recipient address written on the package so that we can change it for you. Just make sure to contact info@plivertees.com before sending it back and let us know why you wish to return the product to better assist you in the future!
